Pros (+) From desk staff atentive and polite
Cons (-) I waited 1:30 hrs for a shuttle, it never arrived, had to pay 17$ for a cab ride at 1 am. Person who handled the issue over the phone was rude and challenging. Electric key of the room did not work, switched me around to 3 different rooms at 2 am

I called the front desk to see if we could get another room but she said she could only come spray the room with odor neutralizer that would get rid of the smoke smell. Pros (+) I loved that the bed was very large and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We checked in late in the evening.
Cons (-) The hotel was further away from the airport than expected. The map showed that it was practically next to the airport. The hotel was on the far side of the airport.
