Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests complained about the cleanliness of rooms and carpets, lack of windows and ventilation in many rooms, and small room sizes. Breakfast quality and variety were also frequently criticized, and some guests mentioned issues with amenities and additional parking fees. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, room features, and breakfast offerings.AI-generated from customer reviews
