Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, with some mentioning issues like bedbugs and unpleasant odors. The location was frequently praised for its convenience to local attractions and highways. Breakfast offerings were generally seen as minimal or disappointing, though a few guests found them adequate. Pros (+) It is in a good location with restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable. The staff needs some improvement. The night shift lady spent the majority of her time outside smoking. One night I came into the lobby at 9 pm and she was sitting on the couch eating waffles. I booked a non smoking room, but there must have been a smoking room near mine as I could smell it sometimes.
Pros (+) We liked the location and the nearby restaurants and shopping. We liked the breakfast included, though it provided no protein.
Cons (-) Room smelled terrible, like stale smoke, even though I had to sign an agreement that smoking in the room would cost me a $250 cleaning charge. Evidently, they don't actually clean the smoked-in rooms. Cigarette burn holes in bed covers on one bed, torn bed covers on the other. Not enough towels or pillows.
