Pros (+) The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was really good.
Cons (-) The rooms looked kind of dated compared to other Hyatt hotels and the carpeting had a mildew smell to it. The maid service left a wet towel in the bathroom from the previous guest and the blanket on one of the beds had a few stains on it.
