Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent service, with many highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness was another standout feature, as numerous reviews mentioned spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location was also highly rated for its convenience to local attractions, stores, and transportation. However, some guests expressed disappointment about breakfast not being included or its quality, and a few mentioned issues with pests, room maintenance, or pool availability. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making for a pleasant stay for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The front desk staff and breakfast crew were fantastic! Very welcoming, kind and helpful!
Cons (-) The room smelled as if someone had been smoking in there. The water pressure in the shower was awful! The towels were very rough and there was not any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom (3 tubes of body lotion). Not good to discover this once you are already in the shower!!!
