Cons (-) Housekeeping non-existent- our room was never cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Many interior maintenance issues: clogged sink, loose toilet seat, broken shower faucets. Pros (+) I love the how would Der full the maintenance workers were. They were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was the best they could for us. The cleaning people were fairly friends day too. It was within walking distance to food and the boardwalk. The beach was clean and enjoyable. You can get free red box videos while staying.
Cons (-) The WiFi doesn't work at all. It did t matter where we were we. Old not use the WiFi. Therefore we couldn't do any of the work we needed to do. Pros (+) We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the quick beach access. We did not enjoy the broken heater/air condition unit. The toilet hose springing a leak and soaking everything. Tv did not work and the hot water in the shower was out for two days.
