Hilton always has great comfortable beds, the rooms are clean, staff are friendly and will always try and accommodate your individual needs. This location is directly across the street from the aquarium and Mystic Village. Walking is no problem at all.
The front desk personnel were not very nice when I checked in. My digital check-in wasn’t working. The woman was unnecessarily curt. Stood out as different from most hotels’ personnel.
Pros (+) Outdoor fire tables
Cons (-) Shower
Pros (+) Room was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were great. Service staff in the restaurant were extremely customer service oriented. Really over the top to provide an enjoyable experience
Cons (-) The pillows are uncomfortable. Could really revisit the product and upgrade.
Pros (+) clean, large, modern, free parking, free wifi, free coffee, short distance to Mystic, starbucks across street,
Cons (-) not enough entrances for such a large place, thus long walk from full parking lot-- needs keyed entries in the back.
Pros (+) The hotel was conveniently located, check in was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom and amenities were appropriate. Would stay again.
Pros (+) Very child friendly hotel next aquarium.
Pros (+) Nice Hotel. Great Value.
Cons (-) No one volunteered to help with bags at check in or checkout. Other guest patrons were noisy and no attempt by staff to quell the situation. No complimentary breakfast.
Cons (-) The pool
