Cons (-) Room not available at check in time, door and key code did not work, air conditioning did not work, strong smell of urine and mold.

Pros (+) Unit was clean, with two full baths; outside was not very nice, but for a one or two night stay, fine
Cons (-) there was no seating other than the bed or kitchen table; a couple of side chairs would be nice in the unit

Pros (+) The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. They were also very friendly. They upgraded our room, at no additional charge, because the festival that we were there to see was cancelled, due to bad weather, causing many rooms to be empty.
Cons (-) The bathrooms need to be updated. The fixtures are so old, they don't look as clean as I would have liked. Also, the carpet was stained in our room.
