Pros (+) I like the price, a good location next to the train station, the staff was friendly and the restaurant around Narita.
Cons (-) The rooms were kind of small but comparison to the higher price rooms in Tokyo its worth the price and not enough outlets to plug in my electronics,.
Pros (+) Good wifi service. Hot water, tea, coffee, complimentary bath items.
Cons (-) Only one electrical outlet. TV remote wouldn't change channels.
Pros (+) It was older rooms but clean, and everyone was nice.
Cons (-) Our plane arrived pretty late but there is no shuttle bus after 7:50 pm. I didn't realize that it was pretty far away from Airport and taxi fee was expensive. Using train will be recommended.
