Not good! Location is the only plus. Breakfast was a bagel and coffee, that’s not breakfast included. Receptionist was not helpful or customer friendly. Room was very dated, circa 1978. Bed was not comfortable.

Pros (+) Free parking, not a lot of rooms, quiet, magnificent view, walk to dining and shopping
Cons (-) Rooms are small, slight musty smell. We are ok with self serve breakfast, but guests shouldn't have to actually brew their own coffee

Pros (+) A s easonal hotel so it has a bit of a tired appearance, probably has a limted budget for repairs and upgrades.A very pleasant staff helpful and willing to engage in conversation A great location, with a huge front lawn. You are paying for the location. They had an interesting breakfast buffet. if location is driving your stay this is a good stop, for value not so much.
