Staff very helpful and friendly Price is outrageous for quality of hotel. Ripped cushions on outdoor patio
We were on the ground floor stuck in a corner down some stairs with an outside exit right outside our room door and the hinge was loose on the door and it banged closed every time some used the door.
location is right on the island after the bridge room is so perfect ie clean, spectacular view from window great buffet breakfast ie smoke salmon, omelet, fruit, juice great walking area right on the front harbor nice exercise and pool room a little noisy perhaps due to many people parking fee check in time is 3p, too late, check out time is 11a, too early
when I arrived only one room was reserved rather than the two I had scheduled through Hotels.Com. This mixup was corrected but this kind of error should not happen. Correct information was not transferred accurately. This is quite discouraging for an online reservation system. Got the stay off to a poor start.
Room and breakfast buffet Room with no window
Staff Problems with rooms and cleanliness... Also $20 service fee per a night non-negotiable
The location of the hotel is excellent, being on Goat Island in the center of Newport. Breakfast buffet was good. Breakfast servers were on the ball. The valet service was quick and professional. Close to everything. It took 3.5 hrs to have our room ready (oceanfront king). That is a long wait with a 5 year-old. We were originally booked at the Newport Marina because of their saltwater pool, but upon arrival it was closed for a few days so we booked a room at the Hyatt through the Kayak app (because of the pool). So after the long wait to get our room (not ready until 7:30pm, it was too late to take the family to dinner downtown after we got situated), I asked if they'd cover dinner and they agreed to comp room service. There is a $5 charge every time you have your car brought up from valet. Didn't know that. Also, there is a daily $20 "resort-fee" not included in the quoted price. I asked what it was for and was told that it was for the pool and WIFI. Outdoor pool closed, as is the Pineapple restaurant that is advertised. We swam in the pool once because it was so cold (as a pool owner i'd guess it was about 72F-ish), a bit too cold to hang around much in, plus the pool room itself was pretty cold too. Our room was pretty drafty as well (very windy and cold outside). Expect to get sprayed by the shower when you turn it on since you have to be inside the shower to reach the handle. Also, only one towel hook in the bathroom was not good when there are 3 people staying.
Location was fantastic and the shuttle to the shops and restaurants was great. Staff wasn't helpful, genuine, or friendly - unaccomodating and not knowledgable.
Clean Great location On way down called for early check - told no before ever learned what time we were arriving - very rude Toilet flush one time then not again No water then no hot water 4am fire alarm Had to cancel my appointment due to no shower Waste of time and money
Restaurant /bar onsite Called on phone prior ro make sure had hot tub and hot tub open..don't have one. $20 "resort" fee charged per night (for having an indoor pooll???) , possible see reason for charge IN season (outdoor pool erc) but OFF season (hotel did waive fee after we complained ) Room awkward...not cozy or homeyphome In general just disappointed with stay and hotel
The matress and cleanliness of entire hotel. Other than the hold you put on my card... Loved everything
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location on America's Cup Ave. withing walking distance to almost everything. Pretty views of the marina out back. First floor rooms are great because you can sit outside your room and relax or play with kids.
The front desk staff gave us excellent suggestions for meals and directions how to get somewhere. Everyone in the hotel was friendly. It was a great location and we could walk almost everywhere.
Can walk to anywhere, great location Extra charge for parking
Great location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and we had a great harbor view. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking was $25 a night which seems high, especially in April.
Although I had paid through kayak before we arrived the hotel charged my credit card for the room. It took days and a number of phone calls to finally get the hotel to remove the charge. It may just be easier to just book through hotel.
Its location is awesome. Everything is within the walking distance Parking fee was charged upon check-out without explanation at check-in
Had to call maintance 3 times. For the price of the room that was three times too many. The do a lot of chasing/ holds on bank account that takes days to fall off. Great location. Beautiful water view if the bird droppings had not been on window. Too expensive to have had all the issues
Location was excellent. Enjoyed sitting out back at sunset. Easily walk around Newport from the Hotel. Front Desk Hospitality was great. Furnishings are fine. Nothing special. Clean.
Loved the location right on the harbor walking distance to all the shops, cafes, bars...less than 20min. Drive to beavertail lighthouse, beautiful ocean view at the ocean drive historical center, Fort Adams, windmill hill We payed $25 dollars a day to park at the Newport Harbor hotel.....
Front desk staff very helpful. Air conditioner was not working our first night they immediately sent someone up to take a look at it. He thought he had it fixed but that was not the case. We reported this to the front desk and they had the unit replaced the next day. Bar area downstairs is a great place to relax. Can't wait until the new restaurant opens. Beds/ pillows not that comfortable. Rooms could use some updating.
The staff was great. Check in and check out were seamless and quite quick. The location couldn't have been better. It could've been cleaned a bit better, that's for sure. The was a moldy smell in the elevator and it continued on in the hallway leading to our room. Luckily, the room itself seemed clean and smelled just fine. Honestly, I think if they just invested in a carpet cleaning every once in a blue moon, that unsettling smell would go away.
Very convenient location with restaurants, bars, and the water all within walking distance. Doors slamming in the hallway can be loud and disruptive to the light sleepers.
bathroom wall paper was peeling off. carpet old, discolored.
The access to the beach was very good. The indoor pool was a little chilly. However the kids didn't mind and it kept them occupied when the weather wasn't great. The continental breakfast was pretty good too. The beds were okay. Not the most comfortable and could probably use replacing. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning however twice we were left with 1 washcloth for 4 people and I had to go to the front desk to get more. The room we were in could also use a little updating. Overall our stay was pretty good
Excellent location near action in Newport. Pleasant old hotel ambiance, though most of hotel is 1960's construction, well disguised behind original hotel facade. Parking fee extreme ($35 per day about 25% of room rate). Tub in room was nasty, no one would consider soaking in it, ok for shower. Wall behind tile in shower clearly water damaged with tile buckling and uneven with stained grout. No doubt hiding serious mold problem behind tile. Not so serious that I thought I needed flip flops for shower, but clearly showing neglect.
This is a lovely hotel in the middle of a historic district with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We had a great time in Newport.
All the extra charges. There is an extra $35 nite fee for parking. That should be included for people who stay.
Great location and luxury appeal. Seems that the luxury only goes to the higher end rooms and more public places. The public bathroom in the hotel was 3 times more amazing than the one in our room.
The staff was amazing!!! Joe carried my bags to my room and could not have been more of a pleasure to talk with. I was heading into town for a girls night out and instead of calling me a cab the hotel drove me to my destination! It made my whole night much more relaxing and stress free. Also, the pillows were insanely comfortable. When I checked out I immediately went and bought all new pillows for my bed at home. I was so inspired by my wonderful night's sleep...
We stayed for one night the room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The street noise outside of our room woke us fairly early in the morning, the breakfast at hotel restaurant was overpriced and sub par
Very close/walkable to all. Hidden costs - parking, facilities.... Its an additional $15 a day for each. This is not clear in the post.
I stayed here in November when rates are certainly lower. Hotel was excellent value, great service, good food, very nice facility. The hidden fees for parking and "resort fee" are a bit annoying.
Beautiful suite with a walk-in shower and bear-clawed tub, nice views and a friendly, professional staff. Not replacing the in-room coffee and the $35 a day valet parking are little things that irritate.
Location was great, close to shopping and Downtown. Requested a king size bed, but got a queen sized bed. There were only 2 queen rooms, and we got one b/c of our length of stay?? Sink did not drain the first day, but was fixed. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, had to use the hairdryer out in the bedroom, but had to plug it in under the desk, so I was not able to stand and dry my hair. Wallpaper in the bathroom was lifting. The bed was not comfortable. Advertised that there were pillow top mattresses, ours was definitely not a pillow top and it was quite flat. There was no refrigerator in the room, coffee maker was old and outdated. I have been in far cheaper rooms that provided a keurig and nicer coffee provisions. Powdered creamer in a packet was gross. Overall, it was fairly disappointing for the $500.00 per night rate.
I thought the staff was very friendly. There was an upbeat vibe in lobby. The location was great. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Didn't like that I had to valet park my car. My final bill was $130 more than I agreed to because of extra fees. There was an extra resort fee and the parking was expensive. Mattress was very old and uncomfortable.
It was just exceptional. Never experienced so many happy, helpful employees, especially the valets, they were wonderful. I will certainly be returning, and I would have paid 3x what I did without complaint. Nothing - not a single complaint. Maybe a small free breakfast, but that's just trying to think of something!
we actually got to stay at the main part of the Bliss Inn the Arthertics Inn which was magical not it was all wonderful and we highly recommend the B&B experience it gave us
The owners were excellent, breakfast was delicious every day, rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
Bedding very comfortable, nice pillows, and a clean room. Broken Toilet, when we called downstairs to let them know, got the impression they already knew there was an issue. They did send someone right away, but wish it was taken care of before getting to our room. That night after returning from dinner 9 p.m. the guest in the next room BANGED AND SHOUTED for us to be quiet - we were laughing - no TV on no music on just enjoying our view and relaxing - did NOT feel comfortable at this persons Anger! We were able to change rooms but at the front desk did get a little push back on - if they could get us a room with a view...I told them we were not loud and that HE was the problem she then stated ours was the second complaint from him - regarding a different guest...and she said how they had plans in the work to fix the soundproofing issues with the whole complex. Following night after dinner we returned and decided to go to the bar for a nightcap we got a high top table but went over to the bartender to place our drink order she seemed put out definitely not pleasant.
Loved the location. On the water and walking distance to everything in newport. Good hotel to stay at with teenagers but truly just an average and little worn marriott on inside. Felt very 1980s needs lobby re do. Hotel front desk seemed overwhelmed and a bit immature. Made promises could not and did not keep. Conceriege lounge was average -- staff not very attentive in there. Food and liquor would run out and go unnoticed by staff. Also had an odd smell.
Great hotel. Great location.
Comfortable, well appointed, and quiet room; nice amenities (cookies at reception desk, microwave popcorn in room; complimentary breakfast Price was high for the nature of the hotel and room (but Newport is an expensive market in high season)
Super nice staff. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good toiletry kit in bathroom. Good breakfast buffet, included with price of room, with nice comfortable seating area. Wasn't the largest selection for breakfast - no donuts! - but great for the price of the room. And they did have make your own waffles! Coffee station also good.
Pillows are horrible and cheap
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was well decorated. It even had a binder full of handy information about the town, including the innkeepers phone numbers. The breakfast was delicious, something different every time. The innkeepers Michael and Heather gave a sense of warmth and friendliness to the place.
Kerri was very nice and welcoming. She also served great breakfasts.
Breakfast was amazing. Close to the beach and less than a block from a playground and several restaurants.
Large bathroom, friendly inn-keeper, sitting garden.
We arrived there at 4:30 PM to check in and no one was there. The door was locked, their mail was in the box and a delivered package had been left on the porch. We called their telephone number. No one answered. We left a message, telling them that we
The staff was so sweet, and the property was beautiful, I only stayed one night but I didn't want to leave.
The staff was helpful and accodating. Breakfasts were very good. The location was great- close to a beach, restaurants, etc. The room was quite small, and a bit dated, but was ok for the price.
Very friendly owner and housekeeper/cook. Breakfasts were delicious and very attractive/appealing. Good variety.Flower gardens were beautiful and if you are a plant lover, this is a must place to stay.Convenient to good restaurants. I can't think of anything.
The daily breakfast is a very nice spread and the hotel is right in the middle of an area with tons of restaurants, shops and bars which was awesome. They also have a nice roof deck of you want to get away from the crowds for a bit. For the price, I think this was a very good deal. We're used to staying in hotels instead of inns, so the stairs were a bit of a surprise. Also, it would have been nice if we could have opened the windows as there was such a beautiful breeze, however the ac unit did work very well.
The location is excellent. Parking is close and rather inexpensive. The staff was very nice as was the room. Our room, 4 flights up wouldn't work for some.
The location Very aged and no updates that we could see, small and the staff wasn't very friendly.
The Inn was a great value. It is in the heart of downtown, right on the Main Street. You have access to the waterfront, shopping, restraraunts and bars. The city itself is just quaint. They serve high tea and desserts. It was so wonderful to have a snack available. Breakfast is included as well, and the selection was wonderful. I had read some other reviews as they mention the decor is outdated. I think they are going for that historical feel. It is not a modern hotel. For the money, plus all the add ons and location, you will not find a better value.
The location was very central to the main activities of Newport. It was too expensive, with extra charges for parking and a 3rd bed, which was not comfortable and for whom there was no towels or other amenities. The staff interaction was virtually non-exestent, on either check-in or breakfast.
The location of this hotel was fantastic. We could walk to restaurants. The visitors center was close so that you could get both the local bus and the siggtseeing ones. The room was large and comfortable (refrigerator in room). Daily breakfast and afternoon tea were great - many choices. No elevator
The location is great. Close to downtown activities. Facility is dated, but it has its charm.
The location in the attraction/shopping part of Newport. Lack of parking.
Location and staff, the english breakfast was so nice. Again, the location is awesome. Rooms are very roomy, and most important, they are clean. No elevator but even that wasn't THAT bad. The price was high for the Inn. But it served us well and we moved on.
Location,Staff,Breakfast No TV in room, Not there for TV however iti is helpfull to keep up on things and help sleep.
Its location near on Thames St is its best feature, The room was certainly not"deluxe". It had a small double bed and for two people this was not so comfortable. Small bathroom with handbasin in the main room. The room was ground level with windows to a lane outside and passers by could look straight in.
Great complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea; cozy traditional decor; helpful and responsive staff Thin walls and windows make the rooms noisy; TV is very small
Innkeeper, character, location, and cleanliness. Not really.
Marise, the inn keeper, is awesome!:) Beautiful old home, very clean, nice interior design, upscale personal care products, home baked goodies and excellent bfast. I will be back:)
Charming, lovely, friendly, comfortable, well-located Not a thing. Everything was delightful.
Room to super small
The resterant and the chife and service Nothing
The room was spacious No service at check out - The staff could not show me an overview of my bill. May be because of the hour 0.600. However I made the request also the night before.
There is a fire pit and hot tub on the roof. Room is very comfortable and quiet. Water views are wonderful.
The location was nice - close to everything. The bar/restaurant was cozy for couples. The hot tub and firepit on the roof was nice, even though it was filled with young people. Understaffed! The desk check-in person also did maintenance, complaints, etc. For breakfast, one person was serving and took forever (he may have been in back cooking)! While the place was renovated nice, the floors were unlevel and the bathtub slanted downward. Large humps in the floor (almost fell). Bathroom was no bigger than a travel trailer bathroom. If I was to put that much money into renovating a hotel, I certainly would have leveled the floors.
The hotel room is so nice and the view is extraordinary. We pay very little for the hotel compared to the city but the value is way more.
The room was very clean and good size. Location was great
The staff, big rooms, fridge, microwave in room
I appreciated the cleanliness and customer service.
The hotel was good.. It had comfortable beds, the bathroom was adequate, a bit dated in facilities, but still very usable. Location was excellent and the staff was very kind and helpful. Pet friendly which is good too.
Pet-friendly hotel with very clean rooms. The room was big and even had a dehumidifyer. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very clean. Can't beat it for the price. Just 2 miles from downtown Newport.
It was very affordable and the rooms are super nice. The location is perfect and the pet policy is ideal for our furry friends. Also, my girlfriend loved the daily cookies at the front desk. Exceeded all of my expectations.
Front desk staff, courteous. Room was just what I had hoped, and very nice. Pool and fitness rooms adequate. Ample parking and well lit outside. Hot tub was too hot. Had 3 fire alarms go off over 18 hours, but staff was doing a good job trying to accommodate. Afterall, things happen. Even for free I wouldn't eat the breakfast my second day. Only hot offering was scrambled eggs which were so finely chopped one had to eat with a spoon and tasteless. Certainly not like eggs at home. No "syrup" offerings. The sausage patty was dried out and unable to cut b/c no knives out. Picked up with fingers, but not worth it. No hot water for tea midday at coffee station, but found some in breakfast area. Wasn't always able to hook to the wifi. Only thing the maid did in room was empty trash and tuck in sheets on a bed I had made.
Convenient location The fact thats its advertised as a king suite and there was nothing making it a suite in my opinion! The sofa bed is uncomfortable and i know they all are, but i work at a timeshare resort and we put foam mattresses on them as well for the comfortability.
I like the indoor pool, open from 7 AM - 10 PM. The free breakfast had enough variety to satisfy most diners. I needed and was given a handicap-accessible room which was in a very good location. The lobby was attractive and comfortable. Several staff members were friendly and very pleasant: Liz, Alisha, Christina were especially nice and helpful. On at least 2 days the room was not made up even after we had been gone most of the day. The first time I saw a maid and simply said something to her; she immediately came and took care of the situation. The second time I called the front desk and Nicole was not exactly happy to hear from me, although I had not complained about anything prior to this! Two people came to the room and talked to us, but not until I offered to help them make the bed did they spring into action and do it! Took care of towels but left full trash containers! Said they were short staffed because some had been sent to North Conway, NH to help with a busy weekend. However, on this weekend in Newport/Middletown there were at least 3 major events: Norman Bird Sanctuary 40th Annual Fair; parents weekend at Salve Regina; and a car show at Fort Adams! Lots of traffic on all roads, this area was vibrant with activity! Also, confusion about my reservation which was for 5 nights, arriving Thursday, departing Tuesday. Although everything was established when we checked in Thursday night with Liz, staff the next day insisted our reservation was for only one night. Also insisted reservation was with EXPEDIA although it was made through Kayak. Very puzzling. Not a pleasant experience. We have stayed at this hotel several times since 2004 and never had so much trouble or dissatisfaction. In spite of these events, we will probably stay there again since it is so convenient to visiting family and I love the indoor pool!
Close to the city Fire alarm went off 3 times in a single day. Once at 7am, once mid day and once at midnight. All resulting in building evacuations. There was an system malfunction. I understand once or twice but three time was a little much.
The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and efficient!
The room was clean. Location was great. Had problems getting an Internet connection. Bed was not comfortable.
For the price we paid, very nice room. Car needed to go to Newport. Rooms a bit noisy. Not event a slice of bread for breakfast, just bagels and pancakes.
The staff was really nice. That is the only good point I can make. My room was absolutely disgusting! It had ants crawling on the windowsill and desk (with an ant trap stuck in the floor trim in the bathroom). The first thing I noticed when I walked in to hang up my clothes was the awful smell (think vomit trying to be covered over with perfumy carpet soap. The second thing was the fast food bag stuffed behind the t.v. stand. The sink would not drain in the bathroom, the shower control fell off, there was a huge stain on the bedskirt (vomit stain??), the floor was filthy with a well defined dirt trail from the door into the room, and there was a 1/2 inch gap between the door and the door jam. Big enough for somebody to stick a firecracker through. I had driven 11 1/2 hours and was exhausted. I did stay in this room the first night, but was so uncomfortable, I asked that my room be changed, which it was. The second room was better, but again the shower control shield fell off. Their breakfast every single day consisted of scrambled eggs (made from a dry mix and cut into chunks), and hard boiled eggs. They did have belgian waffles if you were willing to stand at the very hot waffle iron in the sweltering room. I am normally a roll with the punches kind of person, and I really take most reviews with a grain of salt, but this was terrible. I wasn't even offered a partial refund or anything. Not only will I never stay here, I will never stay in a Travelodge again.
Good location at a very good rate for the area Breakfast was a little basic
The staff is super nice and helpful. I've never had a problem there. I like their breakfast. I like the lounge sofa in the rooms they are cute. I had a great sleep everytime.
I like the cleanines and it was close to stores and a casino The breakfast could have used greater improvement more variety bit was convenient
The bed was comfy There was no way to control the air in my room. It was pretty stuffy in there. Check out time is 11am and so I was pretty surprised when the house keeping lady barreled in at 10:40 to clean.
The pool was dirty and poorly located
Our flight got in at 1:00am and the front desk waited for us to check in when they should've been off work at midnight. The shower wasn't clean when we first checked in and the drain didn't work that well. Every time we took a shower we would be standing in a bath of water. The maids didn't clean the bathroom. We asked for extra towels and the next day the maids took the ones we hadn't used that night but we still wanted them so that was annoying.
The tv didn't work, and after requests for getting it fixed every single day the problem was never resolved, ended up moving me to different room only after I requested. Room wasn't well cleaned-I found a woman's shoe in the room that wasn't mine on my second day, and there were the same dead bugs in the bathroom the whole stay. Bathroom sink was clogged. Not even bananas for continental breakfast--extremely limited selection. Horrible smeIl the whole place.
The Mill Street Inn was fabulous - everything we could have asked for and more.
We've stayed here before, love it's central location and clean friendly facilities. As for your service, they did not have our reservations when we arrived. Luckily they had a room available. Not happy when we did not have reservations we requested through your service.
Bed was extremely comfortable and they had a great continental breakfast! seemed like they were a bit understaffed
We liked the hotel's contemporary design, great rooftop, healthy and delicious continental breakfast, quiet and adult vibe, friendly staff, on-site parking and close location to downtown Newport. No elevators, awkward shower design, furnishings in living room were a little tired, motor on refrigerator was loud.
The location is just great. The suites are spacious, and the idea of marrying modern designs with a historical building makes this hotel very charming. I know hotels are generally trying to be more mindful about the environment by reducing the frequency to change towels, bed sheets, etc. However, we accidentally stained the bed sheets on the first night of the stay. Instead of changing the sheets, the house keeping staff simply ignored the stains and made the bed as if nothing was there. It made our 2nd night of stay pretty uncomfortable.
Awesome location, excellent value (for the time of year), very friendly staff, cute and cozy room
The rooms were very very comfortable with an excellent view of the bay. The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly. There was unlimited use of the dining/common room with coffee and tea through the day. Would definately recommend this hotel. Breakfast was ordinary, but the location/staff/comfort made up for it.
Great location, very pleasant staff, wonderful view, very nice rooms
The suites were absolutely beautiful, very tastefully decorated and I just didn't want to get out of the bed it was so comfortable! The lobby is very utilitarian and does not relfect the high standard of the rooms. It could put off walk-ins from staying there, which would be a shame.
Excellent location and value for the area. Very clean and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing.
Nice room no
Great location for "foot" touring! Staff very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired!
Location was very nice The building is older so you hear lots of little noises
Authtentic atmosphere ,large rooms more like suites, breakfast area with splendid views over the harbour. Nice crew and location spot on.Place to return.
i liked the people working there, the bathroom, the breakfast, and the location price a bit high, parking tight, some cobwebs in room and bath, and a/c works just ok
Great location My husband and I were the only guest staying at this bed and breakfast; we found it a little lonely. No one was there to greet us or give us info on area (or to let us know where ice was located). We had to go to another location to get keys and eat breakfast. No bathrobes were provided (as stated online). Did receive them next day at 6:30 pm after we asked that morning.. Jacuzzi tub had sand at the buttom and jets seemed to be moldy. The cleaning people did come back and cleaned the tub.
The tub and seperate shower were great. It was very relaxing soaking in the tub. I was very upset when we arrived. We were not put up in the room that we booked and were comfirmed with. We never recieved notification that the change was made.
the lady who made our breakfast was so nice the location was noisy. the decor from a bad 70's movie
Proximity to downtown and woaterfront Little investment into building carpeting, wallpaper or furnishings. Windows are painted shut. Check-in takes place in a building on the other side of town.
Great location, large jacuzzi and a large bathroom. Did not have breakfast, but heard it was great. Staff was attentive. The room was on the small side and there was some shabbiness about the place. Stains on a drop (yuck) ceiling, chips on bathroom fixtures. Plastic cups at this price! And the hearth was not cleaned.
The room was beautifully appointed, we love the sea side New England B&B feel, beautiful room. The jacuzzi was awesome, and very smart with a speaker in the bathroom...perfect! Very romantic! The bed was really comfy too, really comfy for any type of lodging. Loved it! Our room was a little loud with street noise in the morning, but I think that room may be the only one that gets the noise that would bad...We really loved the place though and go back.
Great location, hands off staff, a little run down, really uncomfortable bed with non fitting bedclothes, isn't as luxury as it looks in the add, pretty expensive for what you get I'm afraid
The location to the shopping area was great, not a far walk at all. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi The Inn was old and could have used some esthetic updating. The breakfast was run of the mill. Not really worth the money spent. Also our room was changed without our knowledge. We didn't find out til we got there and had no other choice
The location is perfect. Right in the middle of old Newport, on the waterfront near shopping and great eating. Check in at a different location.
