Pros (+) The hotel was very nice-really liked the large walk-in shower & bed was very comfortable. Only coffee available was the Starbucks in the hotel & they did not have adequate staffing for it.
Cons (-) We stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve because we were going to a concert at Bridgestone arena 2mi away. The hotel was offering free shuttles up to 2mi away & they did take us to the arena & gave us a business card & ph# to call when the concert was over for a return shuttle up until 2:30am that night (extended for the holiday). We called the ph# numerous times from 12:45-1:am & it always went ...

Cons (-) Room was not cleaned on one day of our visit. Wasn't asked if I was a Rewards member until the last day. Parking was costly.

Cons (-) Paying 35$ for parking in a giant empty parking garage, and not being informed at any point or with any signage guests wouls pay to park

Cons (-) We only had one towel in our bathroom. No one was available to get us more. ? We paid for a Parthenon view and received a parking lot view. The air conditioning did not get below 77 degrees. Very small room. Extremely disappointed for what we paid, and what we were promised.
