Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a convenient location and some friendly, helpful staff. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with frequent mentions of dirty carpets, mold, stained furniture, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Service is inconsistent, with some staff praised for their friendliness, but others criticized for being inattentive or unhelpful. The breakfast and pool receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others finding them lacking or unclean. Overall, while the hotel offers spacious rooms and comfortable beds, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
