Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and friendly staff, but there are widespread and severe complaints about cleanliness, with many describing dirty carpets, unclean rooms, and unpleasant odors. Several reviews mention outdated facilities and lack of air conditioning, making rooms uncomfortably hot. Service is often described as unhelpful or inattentive, and amenities such as breakfast and parking receive criticism. While a few guests found their rooms comfortable and appreciated the value, the overall impression is marred by hygiene and maintenance concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
