Pros (+) I found hair in my shower from someone else, bed sheets stained, towels dirty, poor service in restaurants.
Pros (+) Upgraded for free because kayak booked us a handicapped room when we didn't need one. Staff was nice and place was clean.
Cons (-) Kinda loud at night and faucet in bathroom dripped all the time.
