Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and amenities such as the pool, spa, and restaurants. Many found the property beautiful and enjoyed the food quality and variety. However, several reviews highlighted negative experiences with service, particularly at check-in and during breakfast, which was often described as crowded, limited, or below expectations.
