Pros (+) The room/bed/view were lovely.
Cons (-) For the price, it was ridiculous to not have complimentary wifi or breakfast options. Was placed in a handicap room which meant a very small, uncomfortable shower/sink set up. Again, not the experience I wanted for the price I was paying. Front desk was very slow to answer phone and seemed to be unsure of answers to simple question
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) The elevators are a disaster. Honestly this would cause me to pick a different hotel
Pros (+) I liked the elevator system, how the staff got the homeless folks out of the lobby, and the quick professional staff when seeking attention.
Cons (-) I didn’t like how many folks were sitting on the front step blocking the doorway. Doormen should be pushing folks along. Then get benches out front for guests to sit instead of them blocking the doorway.
Pros (+) Location was ideal. Staff were friendly.
Pros (+) Great location
Cons (-) Rooms could use some sprucing up
Cons (-) They were replacing the hotel sign and I drug across out window for the entire stay. That was the only issue.
Cons (-) The room I got was right next to the elevators. Very noisy, you can hear everything that goes on.
Pros (+) Loved the location for all sorts of entertainment and access to transport. Clean and airy rooms with a great view!
Pros (+) Everthing
Cons (-) Nothing
