Bed was horrible. Room was just ok but not worth $300 a night. We will not stay there again

Pros (+) It was a good value for the money, conveniently located and had a surprisingly good little breakfast for such a small hotel. Suggest that you advertise Free Wi-Fi because we almost cancelled our reservation because nowhere was that listed!
Cons (-) The fact that the hotel was under renovation and had no hot water-rather inconvenient!
Pros (+) clean breakfast included close to New Paltz Village without being too close easy access to main highways
Cons (-) Entrance is easy to miss on Terwillinger Street
Pros (+) The room was simple and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the price was right.
Cons (-) Lots of cigarette butts outside despite the receptacle provided. That's on some rude guests but a sign or two might help.
