I was told they are not cleaning rooms for over staying, due to virus and safety.. no problem, but let me know before I stayed a night and had to ask for towel!! I used Valet and couldn’t get to my car to pick up my belongings, and when I decided it’s enough and checked out in a middle of my stay, I asked to bring my car outside, They dropped the key under the seat, and whoever drove it to garage and back.. car was stinking.. for God sake let him in to the shower in the hotel! I had to vent it for a while!
Friendly staff. It seems like Arlo NoMad is only known for its floor to ceiling SKY room corner view for Instagram photos, and their unique roof deck with a window looking down below.
The quality for the room was horrible. The room was tiny which the bathroom bedroom are practically as one giving off a boutique hotel feel. And although I let the staff know that the occasion was for a birthday yet...we were put in a room that the toilet door was missing/broken. Moreover, the room entrance door did not seal any of the hallways noises. It felt as if it was open, which I could hear whenever some was entering/exiting their rooms and all their conversations. I would only recommend this hotel for quick solo travel purposes.
It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Room was very smal. But overall stay was fine
The room size
I loved everything about this place
There were cigarette butts all over the terrace when we first checked in and the terrace door was broken. The lights in the room over bed were Blown out as well.
