Pros (+) Terrific location just a few blocks away from subway and business traveler necessities like FedEx and a grocery store (Whole Foods to be exact). The room was the most spacious I've stayed in NYC for this price. Near an Orange Theory which I used on my first day there.
Cons (-) The gym facilities here are very limited. I did not ask if there were reciprocal gyms nearby.
