Cons (-) Room was a little small. Was misinformed about a few things. Was given to free drinks tickets and encouraged to redeem them at rooftop bar only to arrive and be told that it was a private party and asked to leave.

Pros (+) Clean, newer building, nice rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, central location, great staff. Annette at the front desk was particularly welcoming. An excellent deal for NYC!

Pros (+) The staff was excellent and courteous.
Cons (-) The air conditioning struggled and couldn't really bring the temp down sufficiently. Not enough towels, but brought them right away when requested. No sweetener and creamer in room. But, also brought that right away when requested.
