Deluxe double-queen rooms were large with a full size fridge and eating area. Beds comfortable; high off the ground. Convenient parking garage two doors down. Would've been nice to have coffee/tea supplies in the room to go with the electric tea kettle they provided.

Pros (+) Loved being in a "real" part of NYC instead of a more touristy area. Safe and quiet location. Fun to walk around Chinatown. Great view of the park across the street with people doing tai chi every morning and the Freedom Tower in the background. Nice comfy beds and great water pressure.
Cons (-) Nothing much to complain about. Our room could have used a paint job but was otherwise fine.

Pros (+) Loved being steps away from Little Italy and Chinatown. Loved Columbus Park directly across the street and seemingly 100s of amazing restaurants all within 2 blocks.
