Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests are highly satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, frequently describing the rooms and common areas as spotless and well-maintained. The staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making guests feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. The location is appreciated for its proximity to key attractions and public transport, especially for those interested in exploring Chinatown and Lower Manhattan. While the rooms are generally considered small, this is often seen as typical for New York City and does not significantly detract from the overall experience. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms, despite the nearby rail line, are also highlighted as positives.
