Bed bugs! Also, filthy.
Was totaly disaster, DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!!!!!!
Great Location! Right in Chinatown! VERY cheap, but you get what you pay for...
TINY rooms, and you have to share a bathroom with other guests.
There was a discount for breakfast at a nearby restaurant, "Elevated" which had generous servings of western breakfast. The location, in Chinatown, was less than a mile from where we went to a conference, so that is central to our decision.
There was no elevator so we had to climb 4 stories up. No refrigerator or coffee meant we were unable to keep extra food from supper and wait for breakfast for coffee.
Cheapest place in the city! Especially if you are coming to New York to be out on the town, not stuck in a hotel room!
You definitely get what you pay for: 5 story walk up with no elevator can leave you winded, especially with luggage. Rooms so tiny that you cannot open the door because the bed is in the way. 2 bathrooms on a floor with 15+ rooms that could hold 2 people each? You do the math, but no matter how you cut it = long bathroom wait times. Also, bathroom cleanliness is nonexistent. When I finally got in, the floor was soaked, the toilet wouldn't flush, and it was full of someone's vomit! Uuugh! Also, I was eaten alive by some sort of insects...my arms, legs, face...I don't know if they are bed bugs, fleas, mosquitoes? Something that left me covered in itchy wealts. So, the place is a steal for the location and price...just know what you are getting yourself into!
It was Really Bad The Room is super tiny didnt like it at all. POOR
The hotel looks more like a whore house, the rooms are very small and you can hear the people in the other rooms, se they will hear you as well. The bathrooms are disgusting I won't recommend this "hotel" to any one.
Great location, close to little Italy and SOHO. Close to express subway station (orange line, grand street station) with fast connection to downtown (wall str) and uptown (times square)
A little bit poor facilities. Only 1 TV channel in English, others in Chinese, loudy room close to the street. Other note, no elevator in hotel.
The location is very good for the price....ie downtown Manhattan
The stairs up to the 2nd floor.....62 thank god we were not on the top floor.......
No bedbugs - no other bugs - very clean
the rooms are basically cubicles with a roof on top of them, built in one big space, so If you enjoy hearing the bodily noises of your neighbours, this is your hotel. When the first person wakes up - the whole floor does. Oh and out of 5 of the staff, only one spoke comprehensible English.
low cost and decent location
rude service, terrible decor, small and poky room, no welcoming touches
The hotels location was good, it was close to everything that I wanted to do and see. They serviced our room well and it was always clean and things replenished.
The hotel was shabby and there was a lot of stairs and no lift, so would not be suitable for older people. The lobby area had no where to sit and was very small.
