Pros (+) I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and its location. Once inside, the interior definitely reflected what I was expecting. Check in was such a delight. It was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room was great. There were 4 of us sharing a room and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
Cons (-) The exterior is tired and dated. It does not reflect the interior.
Pros (+) - Bed was really comfortable - Staff were very thoughtful and helpful - Room was clean and comfortable; bathroom was very clean and up to date
Cons (-) - The walkway to the stairs leading to the upper floor is a bit scary, and appears unstable. - The air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy. - The shower head wasn't properly secured, but it worked fine after I tightened it a bit.
