Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Many found the rooms to be spacious and clean, and several guests highlighted friendly and helpful staff, though experiences with service were mixed, with some reporting rude or unhelpful interactions at the front desk. The breakfast received significant criticism for its quality and variety, with many guests feeling it did not meet expectations for the price. Cleanliness was generally good, though a few guests noted issues such as stained mattresses or ants. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, room size, and staff, but improvements are needed in breakfast and some aspects of service.AI-generated from customer reviews
