Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's unique, historic atmosphere, describing it as a step back in time with well-preserved colonial features and elegant architecture. The service was frequently highlighted as attentive, friendly, and accommodating, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Many guests enjoyed the beautiful gardens and central location. Cleanliness and breakfast also received positive mentions.
