Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests express strong dissatisfaction with their stay, citing severe cleanliness problems such as dirty rooms, presence of cockroaches, and lack of basic amenities like towels and toilet paper. Safety is a major concern, with reports of drug use, theft, broken doors and windows, and a generally unsafe environment. Service is also criticized, with unresponsive staff, poor communication, and issues with check-in and refunds. Only a few guests mention anything positive, such as kind staff or value for price, but these are heavily outweighed by the negative experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) They booked me and took my money online and then had no rooms available when I got there. The motel worker was drunk.
Pros (+) Area bad service bad room not clean no trash one dirty towel
Cons (-) Everything
Cons (-) Did not look like the advertised photo at all...room had a strong cigarette smell too! Broken items, no working wifi... no integrity what so ever! I looked into this room for convinience, the idea diminished very quickly the moment I arrived to the place. No soap, trash can- nothing!
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Room was dirty. No trash can. Not even soap to wash your hands. Parking was horrible. No ac. Horrible location
