Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location within the historic center of Óbidos, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy its unique atmosphere. Many also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells and lack of proper room preparation. Comfort is also a concern, with many guests reporting problems with air conditioning, noise, and uncomfortable beds. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it lacking in quality and variety. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements are needed in room comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings.
