Pros (+) Friendly staff. Housekeeping did a great job!
Cons (-) Our room temperature was warm. We made 2 calls to front desk and even went to the front desk. Fan was brought to room. Maintenance Cameron the room but did not resolve problem. Mattresses are old!

Cons (-) The staff was just ridiculous. I received attitudes from more than half of the staff I encountered on my stay there. They also made me wait three hours for my room to be ready and when I asked questions they continued to pass me on to the next rude staff member. When they finally gave me the keys to the room my keys were at the bottom of a pile of room keys suggesting my room had been ready for so...
