Pros (+) Breakfast was somewhat mundane and somewhat bland. Sausage and eggs everyday. Lacked a bit of variety. Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Did not know that I would not get my IGH points or free room up grade because I used hotels.com. If I knew this up front I would have booked direct, chose another Holiday Location or not stayed at tha Holiday Inn property at all.
