Excellent staff at checkin and checkout as well as breakfast crew. Parking was a long walk from the available parking spots late night. Maybe have card access from back door after hours for convenience of getting into air conditioned building especially during summer.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was friendly and understanding that we were disappointed with their hotel. A third party sold this hotel as a 5 Star and 1.5 is all I would give it. Found a Marriott Courtyard down the street for $20 less per night and got a much better room.

Pros (+) Room was clean, very spacious, bed comfortable, property very nice. Breafast was good too.
Cons (-) Overnight clerk had so many issues checking us in, over an hour speaking with your people trying to get us registered
