Pros: I needed to extend the rental and the group was very helpful with this, although they were closed on Sunday and that made me rent an extra day
Cons: car was initially dirty, and they we a little late with the rental when I arrived, also they were closed on Sunday which made me rent the vehicle another day.

Great car, great price
Pros: I loved the rouge. I did 5000 miles on it and it was a dream.
Cons: The hertz store was understaffed so the wait was pretty bad. Everyone was pretty friendly though.

Pros: Rental place wasn’t at the airport which was unknown by us. They sent a Lyft to us to pick us up. That was nice.
Cons: We were told that they’d take us back to the airport when we brought the rental back. However, they did not. The girl said the system was shut down. So, we had to get our own Lyft. That was more money than we had thought we were paying for the total rental.
Originally, my search was for rentals at the airport. I wish the distance would have been made clearer upfront.

No delivery or pick up to and from airport
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Car was clean and fairly inexpensive.
Cons: Pick up and drop off required a taxi from the airport. And even though I put a drop of time of 7am the office was not open and did not have a key drop. Had to leave the car and throw the key inside the fence. And that's all ok if they had only told me this ahead of time. Just a lack of communication.

Cons: Okc has two hertz locations around the airport, this causes a lot of confusion. I was charged an additional $40 for picking up at a different location. Why have two hertz so close together near the airport?

Great pickup, very poor dropoff
Pros: Cheapest car available, pickup was easy, car was clean.
Cons: On return of the car, the facility was suppose to close at noon, I told them I would be there at noon to drop it off (even has it written on my paperwork). I arrive at 11:30 AM and the office is closed and the parking lot gate is locked. There was no instructions on what to do with the car. I called customer service but there was no answer. I drove to another Hertz facility (luckily there was one close), told them what happened (it was still before noon at this point) and asked what to do. They were at least professional and took care of it for me, so I still made my flight. The closed facility could have at least left a message on the gate with instructions for returns since they were closing early, or even better, CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW.
Pros: Car Selection is great
I was late to my flight but the shuttle driver not only got me there in time but reassured me that I would make my flight with plenty of time to spare. He was right!

Pros: Nothing the only thing that was okay was the shuttle man he was nice.
Cons: The lady tried to get you to upgrade because of a mysterious ice storm and they charge a 200 deposit on top of the car rental! The staff was very nasty I left didn't get a car from this s*** hole fire the staff including the manager n shut this place down

Pros: Great car, good service, good rates, quick turn around on both ends. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Pros: Made a reservation only to get a call from them about 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up saying they only had an SUV in stock and it was going to be another $25 or $30 a day for the rental.

Good except for the smoke smell
Pros: The service was good and the car worked well.
Cons: The first car they offered reeked of cigarette smoke so the employee offered a different car. It was better but still smelled of smoke. As non-smokers we would have appreciated a smoke free car.

Pros: The vehicle that was originally offered was too small but they did offer another larger vehicle for the same price. The attendant at drop off was very friendly and efficient.
Cons: We rented a full size vehicle and were told that a Chevrolet Trax was the vehicle that was reserved. That vehicle is a very small SUV that would have never accommodated 5 adults with 10 days luggage. After complaining we were given a larger Hyundai Tuscon but all of the seats were badly stained. As this was the only vehicle on the lot that would work for us we agreed. This vehicle was comfortable and ran well but it kept giving us alerts about a bad tail light and under-inflated tires.

A bad experience overall.
Cons: I made a reservation for Aidan and I on Dec 27 2017, for a car through Kayak over the holidays. The location of pick up was in Galway Ireland. My partner of the day of the rental calls the reservation line, to tell them we are running late and want to change the pick up time for the reservation 1255******. Then he states by accident he made another reservation the day before not knowing I made this reservation so he would like to keep reservation 1255****** and void the other one he made. Well, the agent puts him on hold and then the phone call is disconnected. We call back immediately and get connected to the actual Galway location. They state to us that the agent must have accidently cancelled reservation 1255****** and kept the other one under Aidan. At first, the employees at Enterprise (Galway) was incessant that we must have been dealing with Kayak. I stated "no" many times and that it was indeed an Enterprise agent who I was dealing with. The employee at Galway location stated they could not honor the price of the online reservation 1255****** because the agent cancelled the wrong reservation and there was nothing they could do about it. They stated "the price for a car that day was much higher than my original reservation made through Kayak. Even if it was an accident on Enterprise's part." We first spoke to a female at the Galway location who put us on hold forever, and then an male assistant manager. He stated in fact, the enterprise agent who cancelled the reservation never put her ID # number next to cancellation so there was no reference to complain to. This was a frustrated experience to say the least. I was on the phone over an hour at least. We were frustrated because all we wanted to do was to change the pick up time that day and It ended up being a mess because of an Enterprise's agent mistake. We did not do any actions to create this havoc. Additonally, the Enterprise agents and Galway employees were insistent that we deal directly through Kayak. I noted to them the reservation confirmation (email) in description states we ONLY deal with Enterprise on the reservation. They were incorrect in advising us and I think they did not want to deal with this mistake. We ended up going to Budget Galway and spending $450 on a rental. But they were so organized and lovely, we did not mind. We go to Galway and other countries for family quite a bit and it is a shame we cannot use Enterprise as an option.

Car was great
Pros: Overall the experience was good, the car was in great condition. Of course the offered the extra insurance and roadside service but the rep was not pushy about it.
Cons: There was a 15-20 minute wait while the car was being cleaned. Next time I will bring something to read.

Cleanliness is key
Pros: Price for the time
Cons: Car smelled like cigarette smoke and dog. It wasn't so bad at puck up but as it warmed up it was very strong. There was slobber marks all over the windshield for the previous renters gps. The glass had haze from the smokers, and ash was on the dash. The car was rattling and when I called to report all the issues, everyone in a 100 mile radius was out of cars. This was to bad as I usually use enterprise for all work related rentals.

Pros: The first car was great in gas, but had transmission issues
Cons: I rented a car at the Oklahoma City airport. The car broke down and left me stranded. Was told by their roadside assistance people they would take care of a hotel, but that was a lie and the manager was very rude about telling me. Have called their customer service line several times and no one is able to find my reservation. Will never put myself in this position again.
Pros: I liked that I got the model of car I requested online, and I felt valued as a customer. Easy car pickup, and friendly service at both locations.

Pros: Customer service was excellent and very fast. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Very impressed by the nice quality car I had, a Toyota Camry.
Excellent value and no hidden charges.
Overall great experience! I will be renting from Budget again!

Good, but "in the airport" was a lie
Pros: In searching through Kayak, I was given several options for rental places outside of the airport. I disabled these, and specifically chose a place that was listed as being "in the airport". When I got to OKC, I followed the signs, out to a shuttle bus that took us on a ride off the airport, to the rental car outpost.
That said, the ride was quick and free, the driver was courteous and helpful, and the rental itself was quick and easy.
Cons: I was surprised to find the rental car area outside the airport".

Cons: The line at initial pick up was too long. Should have had more than just one employee to help move us along. I went during my lunch break and it took me an hour to get my rental. Maybe consider adding a kiosk.

Nobody was there to help.
Pros: Nothing. No one was there to help. You have to figure it out where to go to finish the drop off paper work.
Cons: I didn't like all!! Be aware what you sign before you rent with BUDGET. Even if you think you got everything done online. Watch out for the extra insurance they sell to you without explanations otherwise be prepare to pay way double the bill. BUDGET is STEAL.

Jeep renegade is NOT an SUV.
Pros: It drove just fine. It was clean.
Cons: First thing first, i understand you cannot guarantee a brand or model of car. However, giving me a Jeep renegade and calling it "RAV4 or similar" is laughable. The RAV4 has 73.4 cubic feet of cargo space. This boxy little jeep has 50.8. That's quite a drastic difference. I fit more stuff in my 06 Corolla, and I'm being completely serious.
Secondly, the RAV4 gets ~31mpg on the highway. This 4x4 box averaged 22 over 2 days. It's supposed to get 31 but it didn't. Maybe it needs a tune up.

Everything amazing except car selection
Pros: The employees were great! Informative and friendly. In and out quickly. Paid for full size car and only offered arguably midsize Hyundai Elantra and Nissan Altima. Cars were very clean and in good shape. Felt like I got a good deal on the contract but wish the cars were bigger.
Cons: Need bigger cars for full size option. Everything g else was great.
Pros: Thrifty charged $300 againsst my bank debit card without any explanation and told me upon returning the car that it would take up to 10 days to restore this amount. I will not rent from Thrifty again.
