8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and spotless. The art work on all of the floors was wonderful.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. We received a tray of snacks that was greatly appreciated and a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and living area was spacious. Enjoyed the afternoon happy hour.
Cons: While I was not necessarily on a business trip, I did work some on each day of my stay. I was told with my hilton honors account, I would be able to have free wifi so I did not purchase internet access. The access was choppy the entire time. The main issue was staying connected to the wifi. It kept disconnecting. I had to reconnect over and over, which made completing tasks for work challenging. Several times, I could not stay connected for more than 5 minutes. Frustration! This occurred with multiple devices and at various times of day. Multiple other customers complained of the same experience. There were not enough chefs to accommodate the crowds in the morning for the cook to order breakfast. We waited and waited and waited. The following day, we opted only for grab and go food because the line for omelets, pancakes, etc was close to 30min. The hotel should plan to have more cooks available during those peak times.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We liked the facilities, rooms, shuttle service, happy hour and breakfast.
Cons: We had to pay for parking.
7.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was okay.
Cons: Coffee stand can stay up later.

4.8 OK
Pros: Rooms were Clean Staff was nice.
Cons: The reviews to the Hotel are VERY misleading. Thought we were going to the one Downtown, however the actual hotel is 20+ minutes from Bricktown. The hotel was under construction so there was a lot of things unfinished, blocked off, and had to have breakfast in the conference room instead of the breakfast area. It was a little crowded. The hotel put a $25.00 hold on our card which did not come off for almost a week causing problems. Although the rooms were nice, was a bit pricy for the location (industrial area) and all of the construction. Parking was scarce as well.

Pros: I enjoyed the spacious room
Cons: This is actually a smoking facility. Ruined my stay. Hot tub was very cloudy and luke warm. Do not go.

Pros: THE ROOM IS OK BUT THE MAID SERVICE IS LACKING. THEY DO THE MINIMUM AND DON'T SANITIZE THE FLOORS OR TOILET DAILY UNLESS REQUESTED. THE KEY CARDS HERE AS WELL AS OTHER PLACES KEEP FAILING TO WORK. SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO TAKE SOMETHING OUT OF MY ROOM ALSO. THE BACON AT BREAKFAST IS NOT CRISP AND THEY COULD USE A BETTER GRADE OF SAUSAGE. THE TOILETS ARE NOT REGULAR AND ARE TOO LOW TO THE GROUND FOR EVEN PETITE PEOPLE.

Pros: I enjoyed staff and overall cleanliness of facilities.
Cons: My TV was garbage,no HD,reception was quite blurry. The bathroom had no toiletries, smh.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room was clean, Jerry and staff were great.
Cons: One complaint, but it is a big one for us, the curtains were a sheer white with no blinds to pull. We were on the ground floor facing the parking lot and passer-bys could see in the room. During the night it was very bright in the room and there was a landscaping light right outside our window on a timer coming on intermittently. The result was a terrible night's sleep.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Went for one night with three small kids. We loved the indoor pool and it was just right for little ones. Staff was friendly and helpful. At check in, they were behind on cleaning rooms so ours wasn't ready yet.I was a little worried about that but they had it cleaned quickly while we went sight seeing. Nice, clean place, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. They were quick to replenish things as they ran out. We spilled cereal on the floor and as I was cleaning, a staff member swooped in very quickly and insisted on taking care of it. Location was good, maybe 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay again!
Cons: Can't really think of anything I didn't like!

Pros: We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine for husband's birthday. Hours later, we were brought fresh homemade cookies from the restaurant below. We ordered room service breakfast for the am, which was paired with complimentary coffee and a newspaper. The beds at the Colcord are the absolute best in the area, which is why we chose this hotel. We leisurely walked to the Vast, a restaurant on the top floor of the skyscraper next door-- literally next door to the Colcord. The whole experience was phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend treating yourself to a stay here!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and rooms
Cons: Housekeeping didn’t come one day even though the make up room light and they didn’t do turndown Service two of the nights because “they didn’t have any cookies “. We called and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Cons: Bad work space. Not enough outlets for chargers. Probably the worst desk light I’ve ever seen. It’s a fluorescent bulb, held in a chintzy chrome case, without a shade to keep it from glaring into eyes. It’s all design. No function. The designer who picked it did not consider that its use. I need to do at least a few hours of desk work every day when I travel for business. I’ll orobanly head to the Hilton or Ambassador (Marriott) for my next business trip.

Pros: We had a great night in a beautiful room. The staff did a wonderful job making sure we felt welcome. They even sent some complimentary wine when they heard it was our anniversary.
Cons: Struggled controlling the temperature in the room. Outlets were hard to find as they’re connected to furniture. The nice TV was frustrating because the channels didn’t change in order nor match the printed or on screen guide.

Pros: It was so quiet. Our room was great, no. It was amazing. We enjoyed how big it was. I wish we could've stayed longer!
Cons: Can't really think of anything. Maybe start to offer free parking considering you pay so much for a room...?

Cons: I booked a king room. When I checked in I was given a double room instead. I inquired and the staff blamed it on my booking via a 3rd party site. I was told that if I had booked directly with the hotel, that would not have happened. Furthermore, the staff did nothing to correct the matter and did not offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. Lastly, I suspect that the room mixup had less to do with using a booking app and more to do with the NBA team that was staying there the same night as us. I’m sure the hotel favored their bookings with regards to king beds and other requests. Either way, probably will not return.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and the room were beautiful, even my 13 year old son was impressed! The staff at the front desk, valet, and bar were very friendly and helpful. Prices for amenities (valet, bar...) were very reasonable. our stay was very pleasant overall. Walking distance to bricktown.
Cons: The pool and the beds are a little small but are very nice. Parking choices are limited. It’s pay for valet (one fee per day no matter how many times you get your car) or parking garage (which charges you every time you leave). The room service people were terrible. We called and placed an order, after a 30 min we called the front desk and they transferred us to room service, there was no answer. After 50 min we called room service again. They said “we totally forgot which room, it’s in the way now”. After 30 more min I called room service to cancel and my call went unanswered. The front desk assured me that I would not be charged for my order and I wasn’t. It was just disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away!
Cons: The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous.
Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.
5.1 OK
Pros: The atmosphere is always excellent.
Cons: I booked a king room for $111, we were given a double for $133. I had selected my room and checked in on the Hilton app the day before, but was given a different room with a great view of the brick wall.
4.0 OK
Pros: Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it.
Cons: Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.

Pros: I stay at the Sheraton each time I'm in OKC and it never disappoints. Quiet and reserved if you want it with a great food and drink spot hopping downstairs. It's perfect for business and pleasure travel alike.
Cons: I do wish the room service menu had more options.
6.5 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable, and the valet service was great.
Cons: Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location. Staff was nice
Cons: Rooms need updated with fresh paint and carpet. Paint unprofessional and vents showing water damage or mold

Pros: The location is very convenient in reference to OKCs Bricktown.
Cons: Room was Tiny and basic. $140.00 didn't even get me a mini fridge. Theread was trash in trash can, and towels were not restocked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Reserved a king and was given two doubles due to overbooking. Mattresses were worn out. Given free breakfast for the inconvenience. No hotel parking due to construction. Valet parking was $25. Same price as non-guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well located for business in downtown OKC
Cons: Restaurant was closed and rooms could stand to be a little cleaner
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay.
Cons: Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.
4.8 OK
Cons: I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Overall, it was pretty dirty.
6.0 Good
Cons: The breakfast was not free.

Pros: Patrick fixed my reservation. EVERY person in this place is so friendly!!! Top shelf!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00. The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay!
Cons: The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything downtown. Very nice feel. We really enjoyed our staycation in OKC!
7.4 Good
Pros: Close to brickyard, room had a functional layout, big shower, decent toiletries, free morning coffee in the lobby
Cons: Loud music from pool area until 11pm, $15 for parking in an empty structure - self or valet same rate, no other option
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole hotel was very nice a modern. The bars were very nice and the staff were great. We were there for just a night getaway and it was nice to have a good time without having to leave the actual hotel.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is very young and modern. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was real cool.
Cons: You have to pay to park. Our stay was the same night as a thunder game--the lot filled completely up..also the pool is pretty unimpressive, but it exists, which is kind of rare for a hotel downtown.
