Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a very negative experience, citing severe cleanliness and safety issues, including bugs, roaches, dirty rooms, and a generally unsafe environment with reports of drug activity and police presence. Noise was a frequent complaint, with many disturbed by loud guests and outside activity at night. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near freeways and the airport, and some found the staff to be friendly or helpful.
