Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beachfront location and easy access to the ocean, as well as the pool and lazy river, which were highlights for many. However, there were widespread complaints about only one working elevator, causing significant inconvenience. Cleanliness was a major concern, with reports of mold, roaches, stains, and unpleasant odors. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced issues with service. Overall, the location and pool were the main positives, but maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.
