Pros: I liked the closeness to Blue Springs State Park, the affordable price, and cleanliness. It had a small refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave, and decent selections of basic cable and local channels. It was near big box stores and other restaurants within driving distance.
Cons: I wish it had a pool and jacuzzi but that would seem to ask for too much for the price. It was not a luxury place but it was cozy for a night or two.

Pros: I was in town exhibiting for an art show, and was a bit apprehensive about reserving here after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad I stayed here. My room was clean, decent value for the money, safe area, close to a lot of city amenities, nice staff. For those wanting a 5-star luxury hotel, this is not it, but for those wanting a decent place to sleep&shower, it works well. I found the continental breakfast to be nice and the coffee good.
Cons: The pool had lots of bugs in it so I couldn't swim. It's an older motel, so there are not enough electrical outlets.
