The second hotel room appeared to be clean and the staff was friendly and helpful (they switched our room after the first room we were given had a bad smell and the window had fallen out). The furniture was scuffed and cracked in the new room but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa in the sitting area was nasty and worn out however. Won’t stay here again.

Cons (-) The front desk clerk gave a couple keys to a room that was already occupied when I was checking in. After I got to my room another couple with a child knocked on my door and tried to enter with keys given to them by the clerk who did the same thing earlier.
