Pros: Nice spacious and clean rooms.

Pros: We found the hotel to be very attractive and updated, in a great location for visiting family in the area, and the staff was polite and friendly. Great breakfast also.

Pros: Stayed for a week while training for a new business. Staff was great! Room had all the required business outlets, desk, comfortable chairs, refrigerator, and most importantly a very nice bed. Room was clean and well appointed. Close to restaurants and Publix. Very convenient hotel to the interstate and 417. If you need to stay in the Lake Mary area, I highly recommend the Westin.

Cons: That they have Starbucks in the room! Lobby bar did not have beers on tap. Everything Elise was great, not much to criticism to give.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful.

Cons: Pool was freezing even though it was "supposed" to be heated. Nothing for kids to do...Don't choose if you are traveling with kids.

Pros: We had an early morning flight so the location was convenient to get to airport quickly.

Cons: Only minus was the hot tub didn't work. They rest of the hotel was great!

Cons: The staff was not friendly. We were not happily greeted, welcomed with a smile, or made to even feel welcome at all when we arrived.

Pros: Very comfortable room. Appreciated the wood flooring. Very short walk to nice restaurant Fish Bones. A short drive to Sanford Orlando Airport makes it a great hotel either before or after a flight.

Cons: They were apparently understaffed for the conference I was attending. Very difficult to get a drink and bar food as only one person was working a very full bar. The breakfast room service came 30 minutes late and was not hot, server said there were "too many orders." Since many people left there orders on the door the night before, they could have anticipated this. When I alerted the manager, my breakfast was reversed.

Pros: This place was super clean and the room was way more than I expected for the price. We had a big living room/kitchen area with a pull out couch and flat-screen TV and a private bedroom also with a flat screen. The pool was cute and clean but sort of small and cold. The free breakfast wa exceptional for the price. Location was perfect for us because we wanted something close to Sanford airport and the shuttle was free. They also were very understanding about our late checkout. Overall, I was very happy with our stay!

Cons: Pool was too cold. By summer though water should be warmer.

Pros: This hotel is very close to I-4. I arrived in the middle of the night and the front door was adequately secured and monitored. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was available 24 hours. The room was clean and stocked with coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable and lots of space to stretch out.

Cons: The only thing that was not great was the TV. The picture was horrible. I wouldn't consider this a vacation hotel, but its great for a business trip or quick overnight stay.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location and inexpensive. My room was clean, roomy, and smelled fresh... loved the bathtub.

Cons: I reserved a king bed but when I arrived, I was placed in a room with 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and was informed that the hotel was just renovated and doesn't have king beds anymore. Staff was nice and apologetic but it would have been nice to know in advance. Also, my room was right next to the ice machine which was loud. I heard it drop ice all night.

Cons: Disappointed in it. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi and it had to be the dirtiest one I have ever seen. After just having stayed at the Best Western in Lake Buena Vista we figured the Hilton would be even nicer. Not this one...and we were stuck on the bottom floor.

Pros: The location was good. We only had to travel 10 minutes to the airport.

Cons: THe suites were small and they could also use an additional TV in each suite.

Pros: Spacious king size room. Friendly front desk staff. Nice lobby area. Nice pool area. Large workout room.

Cons: Broken door handle. A cleaner was next door and helped us figure out how to get into our room. After that his cleaning cart was parked in front of our door and was kind of blocking our way in and out for a good hour or so. Coffee stain on the bedspread.

Cons: Close to Interstate 4, traffic noise was there though not overly bothersome. Breakfast was ordinary - I overdid on waffles because they were the only attractive choice. Few nearby choices for lunch and dinner.

Pros: The motel was in close proximity to the Orlando/Sanford airport

Cons: The hotel was not clean. The room was extremely musty to the point that it smelled as if there was mold in the room. The refrigerator made such a loud noise that I had to unplug it in the middle of the night. It was a difficult place to get a good night's rest. If you are choosing to stay at the Best Western for the convenience of travel to the airport, it would be better to travel a few extra miles for a better hotel.

Pros: Updated rooms and facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons: Purpose of staying was for the extended parking when flying out of Sanford airport and the entire parking lot was full. So the only reason we stayed at the hotel was for cheaper parking for our trip. We needlessly stayed overnight at the hotel then ended up having to park at the airport anyway. Be aware the parking is apparently first come, first serve and the parking lot is extremely small.

Cons: Front desk clerk (English accent) was awesome...checked us in early and said we would have a wake up call and a taxi called..we stayed here because it was 10 min from airport and we had a 6:20 flight. He also said coffee would be ready for us at 4:20 cause that's when our cab would be there. We set our alarm for 3:30 and our wake up call was at 3:40. No wake up call came. I called at 4 and he said our cab was called. We went at 4:10 to get coffee and the night desk guy would not let us in. We had to wait in front of the hotel with our 6 month old baby. Cab never came. At 4:30 8 went to try and ask the desk guy about the cab and he wasn't around. He finally came at 3:40 and got him to call the cab comany and they said he was never called. So no wake up call, no coffee or no cab call. The whole night there were people all around with music blaring and people walking past our door talking loud. Overall, cheap place to stay by dont rely on them for anything.

Pros: Both front desk personnel we encountered were extremely responsive and very helpful. This was tremendously important for my wife and I.

Pros: The staff was great, they helped us with directions more than once. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice. They had a microwave and fridge which we didn't expect for the price. They do need better towels but they were very nice and brought us extra ones. I would stay there again. We got our moneys worth. Thanks.

Cons: Otherwise then decent size rooms, everything else was horrible. Drugs all around the motel (inside and out). Prostitutes coming in and out with many different men throughout the week we were there. Things were broken in our room the first day we checked in. Dirty motel- someone spilled rice on the 3rd floor and was never picked up for over a whole 24hrs. Then the biggest part of the stay that pissed us off was we were told our ESA service dog and stay with us before we reserved but when we got there around 11pm they denied us to stay with my Bipolar/ADHD/Anxiety attacks daughter who needs her dog. I slept in the car the first night with the dog and found a boarding place with our vet doc for her to stay with for the week until my daughter's doctor helped us with paperwork to change our ESA service dog to a Psychological Service Dog. When I showed them this so she can stay with us as the ADA laws state they still would not let us stay there, forcing us to move to another hotel that would. This was the worst experience and horrible service I ever received from a motel/hotel and would NEVER refer anyone to stay there.

Pros: Nice clean comfortable room. Fairly new facility. The area a little shady after dark but nothing bad happened to us or our car. We wouldn't mind staying longer if we had to.

Cons: Absolutely worst front desk clerk ever !!! Keisha B rudely informed us that all rooms are sold out and there is nothing we can do to get one. Immediately we came back to our car and logged into KAYAK.com, made reservation and came back. She was surprised but had no choice but give us the room. While we were walking through the front desk she sent away another customer. I advised the guy to do the same I just did. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WORKED because I meet him leaving the hotel next morning. My only guess is that she was to busy hanging out with her boyfriend and smoking cigarettes in front of the hotel that she didn't feel like going inside and spending few minutes to check us in. It looks like she is pretty popular in that area because when we were working on our booking in our car she never went inside and even more people came to hang out with her and her boyfriend.

Cons: Other occupants were super shady. Floors were uneven. Pillows were misshapen. AC wasn't cold, didn't stay on, was loud, made weird dripping sounds. Shower was just above a sprinkle.
