Questionable cleanliness and very grumpy staff result in unhappy guests and an unsuccessful operation. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is getting worse. After a recent stay this past weekend, I will not be booking there again. Time to move on with the wallet to a competitor in the area.

Pros (+) I liked it was close to the Flex line to Provincetown
Cons (-) Okay. It sounds weird, but they have the worst toilet paper I've ever seen. And the maid folds these weird fans things with anything paper related in your room and it kind of creeped me out. Lol.
