Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the beach, and appreciate the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with amenities, including malfunctioning pools, jacuzzis, and elevators, as well as a general lack of maintenance. Service is frequently described as disorganized or disappointing, with some guests experiencing long waits, poor communication, or even last-minute cancellations. Cleanliness also falls short of expectations for a five-star hotel, with several reports of dirty rooms and facilities. Overall, while some aspects like location and breakfast are well received, the hotel struggles with maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality.
