Pros (+) The facility is excellent: everything is very clean, well-maintained, user-friendly, great location for USJ. Staff was very friendly. The 4-person room was excellent for our family.
Cons (-) Unfortunately some groups on our floor (3rd floor with the 4-ps private rooms) were with some noisy kids running around even at 11 pm, without the adults controlling them. Plus the guests next room arrive around midnight and they were quite noisy as well that you could hear through the thin walls. So I guess your good night sleep might depend on the day and neighbors...
