Pros (+) The hotel is in a great location. It is a short walk from Elgin Street and Bank Street, where there are great shops and restaurants. Very convenient.
Cons (-) When we arrived, there was no power in the hotel. Of course this is not their fault, but we weren't even informed by the concierge when checking in, it was the teenage doorman who told us that there was no power. Not a great first impression. When they checked us in, they sent us to an occupied room which was absolutely mortifying. The next morning we woke up and noticed that there was a blood sta...

Pros (+) Glass of wine in the evening was nice.
Cons (-) Lack of curtain or window screen. Only a blackout shade was available so either your window was open for two very close buildings to peer into or your room was dark. Also the hotel was a little worn and the carpet needed a shampoo.
