Pros (+) Very modern building, nice clean, everything worked well.
Cons (-) It's hardly the hotel's fault, but the whole area is being built up from nothing, so right now there's very little around! Lots of university buildings, some commercial buildings, but not normal "town" stuff like shops, restaurants, supermarkets. I expect that will change, but right now, it's not worth visiting the area unless you have dealings with the university or one of the commercial building...
