Cons (-) It was incredibly overpriced , I paid 113.00 for a room in a bad part of town that smelled like mold and smoke. Had burn holes in all of the linens. There was clumps of hair on the floor as it had not been swept or cleaned. The bathroom had mold along the bath and ceiling. The parking lot had homeless families living in the cars and prostitutes tried to pick up both me and my partner .

Pros (+) Comfortable. Tv had a lot of channels.
Cons (-) Sketchy area. Cigarette burns on both beds No shampoo in the bathroom Wifi was not easily accessible No clock Very little outlets

Pros (+) Cute rooms, great location. Ten minutes from downtown Palm Springs, its a nice option for a cheaper stay. A little light on the amenities but its a motel and it had a pool, so can't complain. I'd stay again.
