Bed was comfortable, staff was excellent and pool was the perfect relief from the extreme heat.
Air conditioner was not felt over the bed. Made sleeping uncomfortable. We were hot throughout the night. Air conditioner kept the living area cool but unfortunately not the bedroom area.
I loved it. The front desk was extremely helpful. The pool is extraordinary. And the free shuttle to the airport at 5:15 AM was incredibly helpful. My room was spacious and overlooked the pool. I would stay here again.
Get rid of the overnight parking charge. It seems foolish for the price your paying for a room.
Property is beautiful and stay was comfortable
If t here were slippers in the room, there was nothing else I would want to change.
The staff was excellent very friendly
Really nice hotel with all the amenities.
Great swimming pool Great room with comfortable bed Convenient to downtown
No negatives to report
Loved the pool area...very quiet...short walk to downtown..perfect location
Pillows were very hard feather pillows...could use some bikes to rent
Loved my stay there, the staff was very attentive everything was nice and clean.
The room was nice and clean
We had plumbing issues, the toilet had a slow flow, the bathroom sink and the shower would get clogged every 2 seconds. I found it very annoying because a great hotel like Renaissance, should troubleshoot every room before booking cuz it's not the customers responsibility to worry about major things like this.
Rating system comfusion
It is confusing having customer ratings showing as you bid on hotels. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but hat was just the customer rating that was showing. Once I paid I realized it's a 3.5. I would have crept looking at that price. Thanks
Fix your AC!
Location is downtown, near all attractions
Come on man! It's Palm Springs, it's a hundred and ten in the shade and your room ACs do not work...unacceptable! Six hours to get a tech to the room to tell me the condenser is inop...is that why the room is hot? Duh.
excellent location to city
location and amenities
The best kind bed I have ever slept on. What kinds of comforter do you guys use!?
