Pros (+) The staff is great!! Beginning with the Font Desk, Concierge, Pool, Housekeeping and Dinning were all very attentive, polite and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Elevators only work with guest's key! King size bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Double beds were not as comfy as the King size one.

Cons (-) The restaurant food took a terribly long time -- a total of 1.5 hours for our lunch to arrive. A group of four of us ordered lunch at 3:00pm when the restaurant was dead quiet. There were only five other guests in the restaurant. We ordered one appetizer and our entrees were two salads, one soup, and one burger.
