Cons: Would have liked something to tell TV channels available. Several channels were being regularly recorded and gave up trying to figure it out.
Pros: Hotel employee was very friendly, made a deliciuous breakfast, and made it feel lIke a personalized experience. The room was cozy and exactly what I would hope for from a B&B.
Pros: We did not realize that Panguitch House was a B& B when we reserved it but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was clean and perfectly decorated. The breakfast was beyond description. Definitely would recommend.
Pros: The hosts were very helpful, gave me good advise on routes to take on the rest of my roadtrip. The inn was very nice and breakfast was excellent. The buttermilk syrup was amazing!
Pros: The house is charming and centrally located in Panguitch. Our room, the Mountain View, was quite large. The owner was very accommodating, and breakfast was fresh and tasty both mornings.
Cons: We didn't realize that Panguitch more or less closes down in the off season. It's by no means the hotel's fault, but we were really limited in our dining options. We also ran out of hot water one night.
Should note there are no public areas as is common for a B&B . . . did not bother me but may some people.
Pros: Excellent assistance from Kim the owner and charming room!!!

Pros: Close proximity to Bryce Canyon, good friendly staff, good breakfast, great mountain views from the balcony in front of the rooms, outback country inn like charm, right off of the US-89 hwy.
Cons: Mattresses, and pillows were not very comfortable, couldn't sleep well all night..

Cons: wrong room, dated decor, rude guest services, no heads-up on on going construction
Pros: It was clean and the wifi worked very well. It was easy to find. We wanted a reasonable price, close to Zion and Bryce parks and this motel did the job.
Cons: The bed was hard.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Affordable rate
Pros: Was Clean.
Cons: Was old, 1960-70 ....I cant believe it is a 3 star hotel, should be a one star, but it is so clean and kept up, maybe a 2 star. Defiantly not on the same plane as Marriott, this hotel is more like a clean Super 8 or Motel 6.
Close to Bryce Canyon.
Pros: Well equipped with appliances for a small town motel.
Cons: Window cannot be locked
Pros: A 'blast from the past' 1960s style small tourist court motel maintained in excellent condition. Large room wit plenty of space. No refrigerator, but did have Internet access. Digital HD TV.
Cons: The motel is on a main street near the center of Panguitch. The main street has much traffic with loud trucks passing by often (fortunately, not too many at 2 in the morning).
Pros: They were easy to work with and a great price
Pros: It is older with small rooms but very clean. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled recently. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to sit outside our door at the little table and enjoy the evening. Not a generic chain kind of place, but very nice.
Pros: Situated near Bryce Canyon and the room was clean
Pros: It was good in terms of location to Bryce National Park. Otherwise, it may not be ideal for people looking for a bigger town. Also, we could not hear our neighbors on either side of our room. It was safe.
Cons: The electric socket was literally falling out of the wall. The comforters on the bed looked extremely old. Overall, it's very dated, so just go into it knowing this is the case. It was over-priced, in my opinion, for a low grade motel.
Pros: Very clean, updated, friendly staff, quiet and warm despite cold weather.

Pros: I needed a stopover in Pangich on a cross country drive on a cold January night. Most of the town is shut down at this time of year. I expected a pretty basic room but was hoping for clean sheets, , firm bed, and no sticky carpet. The room was certainly simple, but very clean, we'll lighted, and felt safe and secure. It was a great value for the money and I'll stay there again if I'm needing a room in that area.
Pros: Location was okay. Close to park
Cons: Rooms are outdated, ac didn't really work, rooms were stuffy.
Pros: It was quite clean. Staff was quick to help and get us registered.
Cons: It is VERY dated and worn out. But the cleanliness was most important.
Pros: Super location, very clean and a helpful staff.

Pros: If you are looking for a bed and a good price this place is okay. A little run down and shabby.
Cons: Half the outlets in my room didn't work. Went to the motels next door that look like little cabins for breakfast. DO NOT DO THIS, 12.95 for a scrambled egg, two microwaved sausages, microwaved hash brown and a slice of toast. Staff was also rude. I realize this does not reflect on the Rodeway but I wanted to warn you.

Pros: Cute log cabin rooms
Close location to Bryce Canyon
Cons: Not many restaurants close by
Pros: The cabin was simple but had everything we needed. They were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The area is quiet and feels very private if you are looking to get away a bit.
Cons: No place to cook but not a huge deal since there are quite a few places to eat nearby.
Enjoy your visit to Panguitch with a stay at Bryce GatewayInn Cabins. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
Cons: Man doing that laundry was rude. Tub, sink, and toilet were clean, but everything else in the bathroom was really dirty. Extremely dirty and torn box springs. Mattresses was low in the middle so it was difficult to stay on my side of the bed.
Pros: Close to national park. Plenty of great food options in the area. TV had Netflix.
Cons: My shower had very low water pressure. It was dribbling out, so my shower was a bit rough. Not the end of the world.
Pros: Panguitsch ist ein sehr nettes kleines Städtchen . Das Hotel liegt schön und sicher.
Pros: Nice manager man who greeted us. And it was very economically priced.
Cons: Could have been a bit more simple so we could pay less.
Pros: Very nice motel. Most of the rooms were renewed. Clean and plenty of space. New owners, very kind. Perfect motel for a stop on the way to Bryce Canyon NP.
Pros: All were very good, the staff were very nice, the room was clean, and there was enough space.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: No. You got a lot for the money.
Pros: Good price, considering proximity to the park (less than 25 miles to Bryce entrance). Definitely nothing fancy, though they do have free wifi, HD TV, microwave, coffee maker.
Cons: Single room was small, though adequate for one person on a tight budget.
Pros: Convenient and comfortable enough for a one night stay.
Cons: The floor needed to be more carefully cleaned.
Pros: The owner and his wife were fantastic. The owner tried his best to make things right, but the room was just bad.
Cons: The room's furnishings were filthy. The internet didn't work. All in all, if there was another room in the area available I wouldn't have stayed here.
Pros: Reception staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Lots of flys in room
Bryce Way Motel is a great choice for a stay in Panguitch. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: I can't say that I liked anything about our stay.
Cons: The pictures were very misleading. This place was/is terribly run down. I didn't feel safe, only one flimsy door knob lock on the very thin door, we put a chair under the door knob. We were reminded of the Bates Motel. This should have been a $-- not $---
Pros: Friendly owner
Cons: Very dated motel.
Pros: The room was OK with very few amenities, but it was definitely not a 3 star place. Maximum 2 stars, if that. The employees were very nice.
Pros: very comfortable beds and very clean
Cons: Bed was to high, my wife had to have a stool to get onto the bed. No fridge or hair dryer
Pros: Staff was great. Location was good.
Cons: Room was way too crowded, there was very little room with the two queen beds. Motel was very old, but typical for this very small town. Very soft pillows. No ice machine or soda machine.
Pros: Family suite, 3 rooms with a bed in each
Cons: Bathroom has to be remodeled. Window used for ventilation could not be closed completely and cold air from outside was coming in when we took shower. Bathtub is old and rusty as well as everything else in the bathroom
no room if you get queen beds. The space is very very narrow and heating/conditioning is very old & functioning but hard to configure. The town itself is very depressing too and the hotel isn't any better. This is DEFINITELY not a 3-star. More like a 1.5 star. It's just a place to crash with a tv and some privacy.
Pros: its a place to crash
Cons: yupp - the hotel and panguitch both are very depressing places in general.
When visiting Panguitch, Canyon Lodge Motel is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with balconies or patios and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: Everything was good in the room and Staff were great.
Cons: Microwave doesnt work
Pros: Guests upstairs were up late and very noisy.
Pros: Due to increased tourism, the price of hotels in the Bryce Canyon area are more expensive than they should be. The Days Inn is one of the few that can be found for sub-$100 and is located relatively close to the park. The rooms are large and the price includes a free breakfast. It is a budget hotel in a small town and guests should take this into account when visiting as meal options and site seeing, other than the park, are very limited.
Cons: There is inadequate staff for this location -- one gal does it all, from check-in to breakfast to check-out which leads to issues with the breakfast being refilled in a timely manner (the entire hotel was filled due to its location and everyone was up eating early and checking in/out at the same time). One extra person during the AM would make a difference.
Pros: Rooms were clean and roomy. Bedding was very nice.
Cons: Continental Breakfast was really bad. Juice from dispenser was warm and brown colored showing signs of going bad. Milk for cereal was left out in gallon jug and was warm. Not much variety to choose from.
Pros: Aircon/heating was very quite and with a thermostat.which means we couldhold the room throughout the night cosy The mattrasses are very compfy.

Pros: It served its purpose. An inexpensive place to sleep somewhat near Bryce Canyon. Also, the clerk/owner was very helpful in suggesting a scenic drive and places to go as I was traveling through the area.
Cons: It was a sh%t hole for the most part.
Enjoy your visit to Panguitch with a stay at Panguitch Inn Motel. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
Pros: Great water pressure, ok wifi, amazing oocation
Cons: Carpet, walls, and baseboard need work
Pros: It had a fridge and microwave
Cons: There was a dead deer behind the room.it smelled really bad. She said her husband smelled it but thought it was a dead cat. Then the heater did not work. She did not offer us another room until I insisted.
Pros: King Bed
Cons: Shower nozle
Pros: Clean, comfortable, good location and recently renovated both inside and outside. Overall great value for a budget motel and will return.
Pros: The house outlook.
Cons: The staff is not nice.
Cons: They charged me an extra $179 for nothing. Have to dispute through my credit card! Not sure why, they said it was proclaimed fault.
