Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and rooms were generally described as clean. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the elevator, noting it was small, inconvenient, or did not reach all floors, which posed difficulties, especially for older guests. Some also mentioned small room sizes as a drawback. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
