Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests appreciated the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location near metro stations and city attractions. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors, dirty sheets, and lack of timely cleaning. Noise from the street and surrounding area was a frequent complaint, especially at night. Several guests also noted problems with the bathroom facilities, such as bad smells, broken fixtures, and lack of air conditioning. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service and location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise insulation, and bathroom maintenance.
